LTO Performance Appraisal – updated

All teachers who are assigned a Long Term Occasional (LTO) Assignment should be appraised during the course of their 4-month or longer LTO placement (Article 18.01 b). The LTO Teacher Evaluation is an important document as it is a requirement in order to be eligible to apply to posted permanent positions within the teaching profession. As well, it will provide feedback for professional growth.
